About Company
Our Story
In 1997, Prya and Nitish aligned themselves to a philosophy that laid the foundation of this big adventure they called Maboulz and Unlearning Lab. They decided that from then on, they were going to either Win or Learn but never Win or Lose as a couple-team. They were at the beginning of their professional journey, little aware that they will unlearn and relearn to be business partners soon.
Thereafter, they found themselves organising fun activities for family and friends while paving their respective ways to the top of their careers in different multinational corporates. The idea of what they wanted to create was maturing and Prya joined Talents (part of Medine Group) in 2017 for a deep dive in the world of team buildings.
In September 2018, the call to set up their dreams brought them to register their company! For months, they went back and forth with the authorities for the registration of the trade names until, they became ‘mabouls’ in the administrative maze. And here they were, they had found the brand names ‘Maboulz’ and Unlearning Lab!
Talents and Ceridian catalysed the kick off of Maboulz and Unlearning Lab based on the trust they had established in Prya. Maboulz and Unlearning Lab have been riding a wonderful wave with a wonderful team for wonderful local and international clients. Our Compass guides all our decisions and actions and this is how we keep having fun every day.
